dah lama tak post..

tap tup tap tup..wahh..dah nak masuk 20 days dah i tak hapdet kat sini eh..was i busy doing something else..perhaps..hehe! busy playing game online, busy watching movies..maklumlah..i ni kan tak keje..so i am my own boss. for the past couple of weeks..entah lah..macam takder mood nak buat aper2 gitu. i am itching to go out and really start my gardening tau..but kena tunggu carpenter lah. niari carpenter sakit pulak..he has been sick this whole week tau..kesian jugak tengok dia lemah longlai. dah makan antibiotik, so hopefully the infection that he has will subside. carpenter ni type yang tak ikut cakap doktor lah! dah tau sakit..he kept pushing himself too hard. apa lagi bini carpenter pun terus berleter lerrr..hahaha!

tuesday and wednesday lepas, the girls and i had a great time. sean nyer kakak2 came down and spent the two days with us in salina. so kira macam girls day out gitu. spent overnight at the motel there and apa lagilah..shopping sana sini..haha! i tak lah shopping sangat..sebab i ni mmg malas..but the company was great! so i bought a few things here and there. yang borong saper tau..sean nyer eldest sis..hehe! i bought something for the girls and guess what..sarah all of a sudden nak tindik telinga dia lah. i was so surprised..i mean, this is a painful affair kan. i told her that it would be painful and that she will cry..and sarina apa lagilah...takut2 kan adik dia. but when it was her turn kan..tak nangis lah..i was so surprised. i mean, i can see that she wanted to..but muka dia maintain lahh...wahhhhh! nak melawa nyer pasal sanggup sehhh..hahaha!

and then..semalam..tengah main badminton kat belakang rumah..she lost one of the earing nyer post i think..dah kena tukar dengan my ear ring. sib baik lah i ni suka ear ring yang kecik2..anyway, here are some of the pics that i took that day :)

you know, ingatkan sekolah dah habis and dah tak teach lagi..i have no homework. imagine my surprise yang i so dreaded, when sarah came home with this booklet from school. apparently, the teacher sent home a teddy bear named ' precious' and i am suppose to write a journal about the time sarah spent with this bear. the logic behind it is to teach responsibility. hmmm..like what? i mean, of course she will play with it , but for like only 5 minutes..the rest of the time, the bear is stuck somewhere on the couch or in her room where she brought it to bed with her. i saw that some parents really got into this, while the others sort of shared my sentiments, based on what i see in their writing..hahah!

so semalam i was moaning and groaning and finally i told sean that i am going to write something like this in the journal. " thank you for sending precious home with sarah. i am sorry to say that she has neglected the bear entirely because sarah hates teddy bears." Hahahaha..Not! of course lah kan kena tulis citer sikit..but i am not sorry that the bear that we sent back is smelling like kebabs..hahahahah! coz that is what we had for dinner and it stank up the whole house, because i forgot to open the door and that i now have to wash everything that is out, which includes the beddings and the curtains and some of the clothes in the girls closet because they did not close the bloody door. anyway, i have to say, it was a yummy dinner despite the awful smell later lingering in the air. this morning i have to febreze everything in the living room..hahahah! and so, please enjoy the pictures of the food that i had made this past week.

oh oh..lupa pulak...tekak nak makan kole2 kacang kan..so perst time lah i buat ni kueh in years. last time i buat was when i was single and it was with my late mom. can you imagine how long ago that was. anyway, i ikut resepi buku masak from malaysia..i think it was called, malaysia recipes..looks simple but too bad..tak menjadi. it called for tepung kacang hijau which i used and it turned out like so not like what i imagined it to be. imagine, you used corn starch and it thickens into a pudding like texture..and it didn't use gula melaka. anyway, sib baik ada back up resepi which calls for kacang hijau that had been skinned and you had to rendam and rebus and using quite a bit of gula melaka..and the results..was a success :) i buat last thursday i think and i finally finished it today. itu pun i kasi my neighbour sikit :) biasalah eh..more pics go here :)
