red velvet cupcake...now i am not a fan of cupcakes..i only like to try it jer..all in all one batch dapatlah about 29 pieces..ah kau..saper dah nak kena makan all these..i certainly can only eat one and that is it. bilang kat sean, bawak gi tempat kej dia lah..but he pelokek ..he said he does not want to bring anything to the losers there..lerrrr...but takper besok i will bungkus kan for his assistant.
this cake , very interesting..it uses vinegar...i have never made it and have never tasted it before..not bad lah...sedap..sarah was so into licking the batter. sampai nak amik sudu and eat the batter like that until i stopped her..which she then proceeded to just sticking her fingers in the batter and licking it. must have freaked sarina out sebab i heard sarina yelling at her..but bila masak jer..sarah tak nak makan pulak..she just licked the cream cheese frosting...itu pun the frosting, i kurang kan the gula..kalau ikut the original recipe..boleh berterabur gigi because it is so sweet. anyway..with me in the mood to experiment with stuff like these kan..macam mana lah nak diet...hahahahaa
bila dah taruk frosting..sarina nak tabur sprinkles lagi..i said no need..enough sugar as it is..furthermore..i tak tau mana i dah taruk itu sprinkles..my stuff is still all over the place..some are still in the tubs in the garage. dia nak taruk cocoa podar lah...no need lah sarina...in the end..she ate only half the cake..she said that to her the frosting is not sweet enough..sean ate 2 and said he better stop..heheheh.sri, kalau you tinggal dekat..boleh i hantar separuh to you and kak za..kak za, kalau you jadi neighbour i..hehehe..you can be macam sean..jadi i nyer guinea pig..ni i dah takder kawan kat sini, dah takde lah ppl yang tolong kasi habis the stuff that i make...dah nak kena bela ayam...hahahahahha..imagine..kat reban ayam..berlambak2 kek kaler merah tergolek2...hahahahah....
look at furby..dah besar dah dia..dulu kecik jer..can fit into one hand..now dah besar..dah nak jadi bujang dah..nak cepat2 hantar kat vet..but vet kat sini busy..tadi call can only come in next mth. mintak2..in the interim..takder lah accident dia dengan sparky..hehehee.

This is the first time I have seen red cupcakes. Is it food colouring? If so, boleh make other colours too?
When it comes to cakes, muffins or cupcakes, I don't eat much (tu pun gemuk). Furby grew so big sebab you feed with your cupcakes tak..heh..heh
waaaa, sape2 yg diet pun akan terliur kalau nampak kek camni kak,huhuu....bestnye kalau jadi jiran2 akk,hahahaha...:) pos ar kat saya satu kak,hihii
Macam ni kalau kita berjiran boleh jadi gaduh "DONT YOU DARE SEND ME THOSE CUPCAKES!". I pun takut nak makan benda2 cream2 ni banyak2 but kat sini benda2 macam ni lah yang paling banyak org buat. So tempting.
Oh kalau cheese frosting pun I like to lick. Better than butter frosting. I love cheese. Wah..it this the cat you took from the shelter? Cantik nya! I think you take care of cats well lah...I pun nak kena bawak the two boys to vet soon but I dont know how much its gonna cost me. Haii...tak ada kerja cari kerja betul lah. But I love them so much.

yara...ah ah food colouring..but the thing is this cake pakai cocoa jugak tau...but the food colouring kena taruk like 2 tbs lebih... kaler garang ..hahha. i guess you can use different colours, but then dah tak leh pakai nama red velvet cake lagi dah...furby gemuk sebab dia main bedal jer ..so long as there is food in the food dish, you will find him there..hehe

Dah lama tak ke your blog [just had a looooong week and another 2.5 long weeks coming up - nanti one day I cerita] and then I see these red velvet cupcakes!!!!!! OMG, kalau boleh tadah my drool, agaknye ber-bucket-bucket... *hahahaa* Definitely velvet red and looks so yummy! You buat kek semua naik lawa-lawa lah, Rosma.
