well,i finally made the chinese carrot cake. boleh lah tahan sedap dia...ni ikut tekak i lah. anyway,sakit hati lah pakai ini laptop...that time my 'k' nyer key yang rosak..now my spacebar pulak..lahhhhh.. so i will photoblog okay. :) for more pictures, please go here :)
anyway, yesterday was a beautiful day. the sky was clear and the clouds are so pretty. decided to take picturesof those...hike semalam macam nak rak..hehe. tapi takper..mintak2 kurus badan. get this..sean switched his diet by just eating granola bars for breakfast and lunch kan..he lost 10 pounds in a week...he eats only dinner...i pulak..workout and this and that entah lose weight entah tidak..hahahahahha

You know, they say God created all of us equal. When it comes to weight-loss, that's not the case! *hehee* No matter how much we women work out, the guys lose weight so much faster than we do, sometimes sampai I fed-up with my SO coz he seems to do it so much easier and I put in twice the effort but get a quarter of his result :P Anyway, congrats to Sean!! :D 10 lbs is a lot, babe!
Saw the pix - wow, lawa seh, blue sky and all!! And your carrot cake is delish!!! Lucky for Sean, he can have his granola bars, your good food and still lose weight!!! :D
sweets..hahahahahaha...that is so funny. but yeah..why ah they lose weight so easily..but then sean explained to me scientifically of course..still that doesn't change the fact that he is losing more weight than i am..hehehe. i know..kalau i lost 10 lbs..mannn..quite a bit o my old clothes i can wear again..hahahahahha. i know love the blue sky..this evening kiter nak pergi jalan2 lagi..well after sending sarina to her violin lesson, while waiting we will go for a walk along the back roads :)
i wish i like granola bars..hehehe...then can lose weight too :P
