it's quiet here..

well, it's back to school again for the girls. sarina has a cold but she should be okay. poor girl though. she knows how to look after herself..like when she's sick the past few days..dia sendiri yang carik obat..haha. she is such a hypochondriac. just like her father. sarah is going that way too. dunno why they love taking medications..i pulak..i hate taking pills ker medicated syrup ker..i only like my happy pills..hahahha. sean got a bit worried when i said that. happy pills..he said all the lights went off in his head. yelah takut his wife jadi junkie...i said no lah..i can recognise the feeling...hahaha. anyway, this was a long time ago..i was given pain killers after surgery..

okay..so by now, as everyone can see, how i have become so lazy to keep up with the codes and stuff on my own blog that there were glitches the past week. sib baik lah i ada cik sri berry and to you tenk you many2 ah. but now..i dah tau dah. so i have kept a back up copy of my template. and i have managed to change the skin to the one that i like. and yes..it is almost the same like my ladle nyer blog..hahahaaa..but i like the simplicity of it all.

we didn't do anything much the past few days. we went walking on the levee kan last tuesday and wahh...sejuknyer. sean cakap macam kat siberia..although kiter tak pernah pegi sana lah kan. the wind chill was in the negatives and very strong . even with the sun out, it was so cold. but it's good jugak lah sebab we got some exercise too. this weekend they said that it's going to be in the 60s so we might go to hutchinson and hike there.

yesterday was the girls day out for the three of us. ran errands downtown and went to the local library. i tell you..walking with the girls can make my blood boil. mana sarina with her usual energetic self..tak leh jalan betul..mesti nak lompat...nak climb the snow hill lah dia kater...walking on the ice...alamakkkkk....and sarah..kejap2 nak touch the snow..nak makan the snow...dah terpekik i kejap..i bilang tak boleh makan snow kat sini..sarina pulak kepo..tanyer why..you let us eat at the trail..bilang kat dia..kat trail tu snow bersih..kat sini dah kotor..tak nampak ke dia the mud ..the black specks on the snow..bila cakap macam tu..baru dia kata..ohhhhhhh....ohh ke apa..oh nak mintak kena cubit ni tau..hahahha

sib baik sarah nyer straw tak masuk dalam lubang hidung dier..hahahha

pergi post office..pastu pergi hallmark nyer store..beli card and paper bag..pastu pergi lunch..of which we will not speak of it..there is no good restaurant here in ellsworth..there..end of story.. and then baru pergi library. what can i say..the library here is small and it sucks..hehehe.well, to be fair, at least there is a library kan. so sarah checked out, flush away nyer dvd and my little pony nyer search and look book. sarina checked out the boxcar children nyer book series, happy feet nyer dvd and this book where you have to look at this painting closely and in certain way, then you can see the hidden 3D nyer pictures...she really likes that book..sampai naik sakit mata i looking at those pictures. i pulak, i checked out salem's lot by stephen king. the last time i read this book was when i was in secondary school.

i knew it was about vampire..but since i pergi salem mass kan...i figured might as well read again..ehhehe..and after reading a bit of it..i discovered that i knew all the places that was mentioned in the book. i thought ..how cool is that...and i guess, i can understand the feeling that ppl get when the go for haj. like to follow the footsteps of the prophet SAW going from one place to another..although of course lah..i cannot compare reading a book, to performing haj or umrah, but you know the gist i am trying to get at.

now, on to food :) hari apa eh..i made pancakes for the family..made choco chips pancake for sarina, sarah wanted plain and blackberry pancakes for sean. then semalam kan..i buat mee hoon goreng with this delicious bbq ( in the oven lah ) chicken wings that i got from forum resepi diana. and i tell you..it is so yummy. ni ah i tengah defrost lagi chicken wing nak buat lagi camni. for sean i buat matar paneer..his favourite dish..basically, kari kacang peas with indian cheese. and then while surfing that forum nyer blog..i came across this nutella muffin nyer recipe..apa lagi..just now..i whipped up a batch. and it is very nice..not too sweet like the normal muffins here. i think , to me it feels more like a cake than muffin..but since resepi cakap muffin..who am i to argue kan..hahha..but it is yummy...i kasi ten fingers..the same to the chicken wings. so to everyone..enjoy the pictures ah :)
