tarzan betina dah start balik ..dia bunyi lagiiiii!..hahaha

well, i think i am getting what sarina is getting. am having a slight cold..sib baik tu ajer..insyallah no fever eh. anyway...pms dah start..so am very irritated at everything..hehehe. so the whole day..actually starting from semalam lah...i dah terpekik terlolong. sebenarnyer..it didn't start out that way..biasalah...cakap bebaik sekali dua tak dengar..ak hau..apa lagi...bak kata arwah my mother..sampai nak terkeluar anak tekak! hahahahha. also i am feeling grumpy because my teeth needs cleaning and sean is dragging his feet..seriously..my teeth really needs a thorough cleaning.

the table setting, look at those gigantic cookies..hehehe. balut dengan wrap ikat dengan reben..cantik jugak lah the outcome :)

anyway, thursday was the valentine's party kat sekolah sarah right..all went well alhamdullilah. i also got to see the the rest of the kids and how they behave in class. sarah nengok alhamdullilah..well behaved. kalau ngengada pun it is because i was there. but then..there are a few of them that are a handful.

siang2 dah ready nak frost the cupcakes :) next to sarah are aubrey and justin :) justin ni kan..cute nah the boy..very gentle ..hehe

kesian i nengok the teacher..there are only 7 kids in this class..but out of the 7, 3 needs special attn. one girl, suka tolak budak lain sampai jatuh..when i was there..she pushed sarah like 4 times..gedebuk sarah jatuh..nak marah anak orang..furthermore kat sekolah pulak tu..so terpaksa senyum kambing. nak pujuk sarah pun..i also macam tak sedap..sebab the way she was looking at me, it was as if she's asking me..why aren't i doing anything to the girl..*sigh*..kesian nengok sarah..meleleh air mata dia..then there is a boy..very sweet but obviously he need special kind of attn. suka kutip bende and masuk mulut dia..nak nak bright shiny stuff..then there is another boy..this one very hyper...tak leh duduk diam and kinda feisty too..i cakap bebaik dengan dia..ada ker i kena tengking dengan dia..kalau kat dalam my class kan.eehhh..dah kena go sit in the time out chair..hehhe. but since it is not my class..okay takper..tak nak dengar sudah..hahahaha.

today, we walked to the grocery store..bagus jugak lah..dapat exercise sikit..so can burn up all this pent up energy and anger. dinner tadi i buat fish sandwich..and i think this is even better than filet-o-fish kat mcdonalds. it is all in the breading of the fish and the flavoured mayonnaise that i used. i also made cinnamon rolls with two kinds of frosting..actually one of them is a glaze, while the other is the cream cheese frosting yang belen from the cupcake on thursday.

dah lama i tak buat these yummy cinnamon rolls :)

pakai cake mix and other stuff..turns out so soft and yummy :)

my mahi-mahi fish sandwich with herbed mayonnaise.

anyway, for kak chom..here's the recipe for the creamy potato soup. well, not that creamy lah :)

4 tbs butter
4 tbs olive oil
1 big yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
6-7 yellow potatoes, diced
salt and pepper
1 tsp cayenne powder ( kalau nak pedas taruk lelebih macam i )
3- 3 1/2 cups of beef stock ( chicken pun boleh)
1 tsp dried thyme of 1 tbs fresh dill ( optional)

heat butter and olive oil together, tumis bawang and bawang putih. till fragrant and add the potatoes and chilli powder. let it be for a few minutes and then add the stock until it covers the potatoes. add the herbs now, if using. masak sampai kentang empuk and seasoned it according to your liking. bila dah empok...masuk blender and blender sampai smooth. kalau tak nak blender..you can use the potatoe masher..so ada texture sikit. kalau nak taruk cream sikit pun boleh...silakan..it will be extra yummy! so selamat mencuba eh..hehehe
