okay..this will be the last one for a while..hehe..ermmm..maybe, for cupcakes that is

well, like i said, i am in this experimenting mode..so i made another one. i think for me, it is to see the outcome of the handiwork that gets me going. and here it is..i can only eat one..but then again..that was what i said about the red velvets kan..and what did i do..i ate one a day...haha..but..not bad..all in all i ate like 4 cupcakes..over a period of how many days. i finally gave some to sean nyer assitant. and the kids and him finished the rest..mana a couple sarah shared with the cats..dah habis dia lick the frosting..she gave it to the cats who in turned lick the rest of it..dah takder saper nak makan kan...

the chocolate cupcake..itu cupcake nyer cup,..nampak jer lawa..but menyiksa nak bukak..so my suggestion is..just use the normal cup..easier to use..

anyway, this one is one with chocolate frosting and it was wayyyyyy too rich for me..but it is nice. it uses about 6oz of good melted chocolate and about a tablespoon of coffee podar mixed with 2 tsp of water. so this rich chocolaty taste is what you get..but it also uses 1/2 cup butter..tu yang tak leh tahan tu..so for mine..i nak buat chocolate mousse frosting..jeng jeng jeng jeng...hehe...but we'll see kalau i rajin. i intend to give some to the sean nyer kawan that looked after the cats while we're away...but nak jalan (her house is very near)...tu yang malas..sebab the weather is like 15 degrees celsius..kalau sejuk camtu takper not so bad..but it is the wind yang buat tak tahan tu.

itulah..gi walmart..bu groceries..sambil tu beli sprinkles..hehehhee....the girls just love the sprinkles..kek tinggal tergolek kat dalam mangkuk diorang..ada tu kat luar..sarina said that hers was too rich..sarah pulak..she tak suka chocolate frosting..

anyway, saturday we went to wichita, about 80 miles from where we are at. we hate wichita...we prefer kansas city, but looking that it is nearer than KC kan..so we went there lah trying to look for some stuff. for some reason, the girls pulak dunno what got into them ..wahhh.. buat perangai kat this restaurant that we went. it was called cafe istanbul..owned by a turk with his wife...then tukar management pulak..but the chef is still the same person..so that day kan..there were only one waitress and the chef running the show..pulak tu ramai pulak orang..so had to wait for our food to come.

i was experimenting with filling the inside of the cupcake...well, this one will be the last time for this kind of frosting lah..it was too rich muak sehhh..but i will do this for the raspberry cupcake i have in mind..cuma tengah pikir what kind of cream jer nak pakai..definitely not buttercream..

sarah and sarina were restless and sean was trying to keep them in check..very stressful for me..then sean took sarina out of the restaurant kena slow talk then masuk balik muka cramp..tak nak makan merajuk lah..alamak...finished eating jer..kepala i rasa2 macam dah berdenyut..tak bawak pulak pills..so still went around..went to Dick's to buy gloves and whatever lah winter gear for winter hiking...ramai nyer manusia ..christmas shopping kan..makin berdenyut kepala i...but i still tak bilang kat sean..i was hoping that it would go away..and kalau ada pill time tu..mmg dah makan. that will stave off the oncoming migraine. anyway..pusing2 last sampai kat one mall..i told sean i kena stop by a pharmacy to get ibuprofen..but it was too late lah.. the migraine was full blown..sean dah tak happy with the girls..

and then kan...biasalah..kalau migraine, i need a quiet and cool dark place...lucky thing it was dark already..so can close my eyes....but bapak dia pulak nak berbual...alamak...nak bilang kat dia i need quiet takut kecik hati pulak kan..hahahahha...anyway, half way home jer..i told sean to pull over sebab i have to empty my stomach..that is the only way to release the pressure of the headache for me...time i kat luar ..i heard sean scolding the girls...sebab they were stressing me out kat restaurant...it triggered my migraine..hehe..but who knows dah mmg nak kena kan...since this is kansas kan, with 30 mph winds...kalau you all nak uweekk..kena test the direction of the wind dulu..kalau tak..your puke will be blown back into your face..heheheh...lega sikit after that..but kepala masih berdenyut..sampai rumah jer..i told sean i kena go straight to bed..the girls pulak..lepas kena berleter dengan bapak dia..terus went straight to bed balik.takder ngek takder ngok...i fell asleep japs and by the time i woke up dah hilang lah..cuma tinggal the dull throb jer.. nengok jam pukul 7.45 pm...wonder if the girls are awake..yelah belom makan dinner kan...sib baik diorang belum tido..so suruh bangun, i masakan diorang maggi. suffice to say..that was one horrible day.

but semalam was a nicer day...we went grocery shopping kat salina, again..punyalah ramai manusia..carrots seme habis..tinggal baby carrots jer...it took me 1 1/2 hours just to get it all done and get it out to the car...1/2 hour kat cash register...anyway, after that sean took us to the mushroom rock state park...ingatkan nak pergi hiking but nengok jam dah pukul 3...so sean cakap..no need lah..let's just go to this place sebab the girls have never been there before...so balik jer..buat dinner and cupcakes :) lancanshire hotpot for sean, sayur air for the girls and sambal cili padi for moi :)

this is sparky and mr.b (my oldest cat and the heaviest)....sparky is sean's favourite cat..she is so cute..but tak boleh lah lawan kecantikan furby :) actually sparky ni pun sarah nyer favourite cat...like sparta..sparky is sewn to sarah...hahhaa...
