inti for the pie...just chopped some onions and garlic, panas minyak and tumis sikit..taruk chilli flakes and mixed veges. salt and pepper and apa2 seasoning lain yang you nak taruk pun boleh. then add the grounf beef or lamb that you dah goreng dulu with salt and pepper..dah jadi the filling :)
then, you topped it with mashed potatoes. my recipe for mashed potatoes..ni kira ikut sedap tekak..boil some potatoes until soft then mashed with salt and pepper, with butter..(ni kalau i pakai like 5 potatoes, i put in half stick butter) and then add some cream. mix everything together till smooth. biasakan, i tak taruk cheese kat atas..but since yang nak makan sean sorang jer..i taruk kan lah untuk dia :)
and voila..dah jadi..i agak kan..kalau taruk sikit curry powder kat dalam inti ni pun sedap jugak tau :) dah boleh jadi epok2 pie..hehehe...or crustless epok2..hmmmm..
dah lama tekak i nak makan roasted chicken noodle. pernah buat but not that great lah the recipes that i got until this one :) alhamdullilah..semalam i bedal this thing with sarah..hehe. didn't know that it is so simple to make. yang leceh sikit is the sambal . yerlah compared to the other ingredients where you just boil everything kan..sambal dia nak kena tumis :)

OMG!! shepard pie..my pabret!! sampai hati u ehhh..yg kat atas katil tu di biarkan berpuasa. kat rumah my mom, kalau kucing2 tidok kat atas katil, kitorang sengaja golek golek sesama...sampai menyampah si kuncing2 dengan kita. heheh.
rosma..langsir kena cuci lah sebab tak tukar2 baru..style pakai bertahun2 punya..kena maintain so kena cuci lor..hal2 sibuk yg lain sini pun tak sibuk sgt lah rosma..tak mcm dulu2..pple are more aware now for some reason..generally, this year nyer raya..is low key for most..ngan bbdak exam..ekonomi tak brapa sihat and they are more focused on something more fruitful lah..tak mcm dulu2..i think..lebih baik low key2 gini mcm..
wa..shephers's pie..i suka makan potatoes dia jer..inti tinggal..kekekke..kalau u pat sini..pandai u buat chicken noodle..u tak buat sop n wantan dia..kira satu set tu lah..pat sini nak mkn ni gi banquet..eheee..

Wowww...all my favorite comforting food. Nice betul that noodles, mcm kat restoran!! And the cats! tau pulak tempat tido yg selesa eh? My cats kita tak kasi naik katil sebab bulu2 dia melekat.

yr sheperd's pie looks scrumptious. The only time i make sheperds pie, is when we have leftovers whipped potato from KFC. Sayang nak buang, and usually works pretty well, for a pemalas like me. haha !!!

kak za...i really like this recipe. the sos that comes with the noodles mmg sedaplah :) insyallah will put up the recipe..senang nak buat. my cats ni..they sleep all over the place. mmg dari diorang kecik , dah biasa tido dengan kita lah :) so they will be on the girls' beds on our beds..hehe

MMMmmmm sedapnyer tengok shephard's pie and mee tu!! :D Rajin you masak hari2 cari new things to masak. I dah start beli takeouts aje... dah sampai tak tahu apa lagi nak makan. Balik2 nasi sambal goreng bungkus dari masjid's bazaar. Tapi sedap :) Semalam one more round of pizza.

mmg..pie tu very filling..sebab tu i tak minat sangat :) pun sebab tak pedas lah..hahaha. actually kan..senang nak buat pie ni..lebih senang nak buat dia dari masak asam pedas :) tak yah nak kisar2 barang and tumis lelama :) cuma kena bake jer lama sikit lah. kalau bau tu kan...mmg sean cakap..nak nak bila taim nak dekat buka and i masak2..tu yang dia cakap, macam lemau sikit lah..hahaha. insyallah, i will tarul itu noodle recipe kat sini :) the noodles tak kosong gitu jer..ada sos dia and sos dia sedap. tu i dah gaulkan dengan sos dia :) waduh jangan begitu sekali dong...perut mesti di jaga...hahaha
